- Puget Sound Buddy Walk – Held during October, Down Syndrome Awareness Month, in association with the NDSS, our biggest event brings in over 1000 people – from all over the Northwest and beyond – together at the Seattle Center to celebrate Down syndrome
- UPSIDE – The Kitsap County affiliate of the DSC
- DSASC – Down Syndrome Association of Snohomish County – Snohomish County affiliate of the DSC
- New Parent Packet Project – We create positive, inspirational, informative packets for new and prospective parents of babies with Down syndrome, and deliver the packets to hospitals in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Island Counties
- Annual Conference – Speakers of interest to those concerned with Down syndrome and beyond, and exciting networking opportunities
- iCan Bike Seattle – An iCan Shine bike camp right here in Seattle with our partner, Northwest Special Families, where kids can learn to ride a real two-wheel bike in just one week
- Megarama Day – Spend a day playing cowpoke, complete with horseback rides, on the kid-friendly, expansive M-Bar-C Ranch on Whidbey Island
- Pazzo’s on Eastlake Pizza Workshop – Self-advocates learn how a restaurant and kitchen run and make their own pizza creations to share with their families
- Sweetheart Dance, Pizza Party & Silent Dessert Auction – Our biggest dance party of the year – live DJ, socializing, and pizza, plus sweetheart pictures and a silent dessert auction
- Annual Meeting Potluck & Dance – DSC Annual Meeting with your potluck dishes, live DJ, dancing, door prizes & ice cream floats – another all ages and stages event
- Holiday Party – Santa visits, friends are made, carols are sung – potluck & dessert, too
- Big Time Talent Show – Self-advocates live on stage showcasing a vast array of talents
- Camp Prime Time – Every other year, the DSC hosts a free Camp Prime Time weekend
- Sharing Library – The Heidi Heier Memorial Sharing Library is a place to exchange books related to living with Down syndrome
- Quarterly Newsletter – DSC news, useful information & personal interest articles
- Informational Listserv – A way for us to reach out to our members immediately with pertinent information

- Referral Services – Helping people and families get connected with each other and with the resources they need throughout their lives
- Down syndrome awareness – Working with colleges, therapists and international organizations to enlighten current and future generations about the qualities of people with Down syndrome and the work we do
- NDSS & NDSC Affiliate – We support, financially and in service, the National Down Syndrome Society and the National Down Syndrome Congress
